Refund policy

Google Play Store:
Please check with google for their refund policy. Apps can be automatically refunded up to 2 hour after purchasing, but there are no automatic refunds for In-App Purchases.

Please forward all other refund requests to Googles support team. The following links may help. Here for general refund requests or for here for unauthorized purchases.

The above information was correct at the time of writing, however, google may change it links or refund policies from time to time, so please check with Google for up to date information.

Although google does give us the ability to give refunds at our own discretion, we will no longer process refunds ourselves due limitations with googles refund system which make it not practical for us to continue doing.

I can't find Jet Car Stunts in the Android Market, does it support my device?

Jet Car Stunts should run on most devices with Android 2.1 however some older handsets are not compatible. Jet Car Stunts requires a processor that supports the ARMv7 instruction set.
Some people have also had trouble finding some games on the Market, even when their device is compatible.
This can sometimes be fixed by reverting to an older version of the Market by doing the following:
- Settings->Applications->Manage applications->Market->Uninstall updates.
Updating to the latest version of the Market may also help. You could also try any of the following:
- Settings->Applications->Manage applications->Market->Clear cache.
- Settings->Applications->Manage applications->Market->Clear data.
- Settings->Applications->Manage applications->Market->Force stop.

When I hold down the accellerator, then press the jet boost, nothing happens, is this a bug?

Some devices, such as the Sony Ericsson X10 do not support multi touch. You can work around this by going to
Options->Control Layout
and choosing a different layout. Some are designed for single touch with one hand.

When I try to purchase Jet Car Stunts the charge is always declined. I really want to buy it, what can I do?

Many customers have had trouble because there cards are not authorised to pay in Australian dollars. True Axis Pty Ltd is an Australian company and google currently requires payment to us to be in AUD. You can talk to your bank about lifting foreign currency restrictions on your card. If you are using a gift card, then you may be out of luck. Google has said that they will be improving this for many countries in the coming months.

I Purchased Jet Car Stunts and it wont download. Can I have a refund?

Also, it is easy to misunderstand how to follow the Tilt Calibration instructions.

- Place the device on its back on a horizontal surface like a table top, with the screen facing towards the sky.
- Wait for the arrows to align.
- Press next.
- Hold the device upright so that the arrows on the screen are pointing straight up towards the sky in the real world.
- Wait for the arrows to align.
- Press done.

After holding my finger on the accelerator for 1 minute, it stops working?

Some devices such as the Droid X seem to ignore a finger press if held down for a long time. We are not sure if we can fix this. The problem can even be reproduced in the phones own menus.
It is an unfortunate problem but you can work around this by lifting your finger off the accelerator when in the air, and also not holding down the jet perminatly. Also, wiggling your finger a bit while holding down a button may help.
